QC Microorganisms For Growth Promotion Testing

EZ-Accu Shot? is a quantitative QC microorganism preparation designed for performing Growth Promotion Tests of culture media with ease.

Each EZ-Accu Shot? lyophilized QC microorganism preparation is designed to deliver 10-100 CFU per 0.1 ml of hydrated suspension as recommended by the USP/JP/Ph. Eur.

With little to no preparation time required and up to eight hours of stability, EZ-Accu Shot? adds efficiency and flexibility to QC laboratories’ busy schedules.

Each 1.2 ml vial of hydrated suspension offers 10 inocula. For added convenience, a peel-off Certificate of Assay is included for quality control documentation.

如需加訂其中的水解液，貨號(hào)如下：

使用方法：

 

1、將1瓶水解液和1支菌株從冰箱中取出，恢復(fù)到室溫；

2、打開1包菌株的外包裝，取出含有凍干菌株的小瓶；

3、將1粒菌株倒入1.2ml水解液中，立即蓋上水解液的蓋子；

4、將溶解液漩渦震蕩，以獲得均勻的溶解液；

5、使用無菌吸管取0.1ml水解液到1個(gè)培養(yǎng)基上，注意剩下的溶解液可以冷藏并繼續(xù)使用最多8個(gè)小時(shí)，而銅綠假單胞菌0484A需要在溶解后30分鐘內(nèi)使用；

6、應(yīng)更具實(shí)驗(yàn)室規(guī)范來操作微生物挑戰(zhàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)。如果要繼續(xù)使用溶解物，應(yīng)該繼續(xù)2-8℃冷藏。按照危害物處理的實(shí)驗(yàn)室規(guī)范丟棄所剩不需要的水合材料。
